将中国新能源汽车推向世界市场的大舞台-比亚迪创新为本走出去


Driverless, autonomous target guidance; obstacle avoidance, reasonable path selection; intelligent operation, automatic cargo loading and unloading ...... Not long ago, the driverless pure electric forklift, jointly developed by BYD and Singapore Technologies Engineering Limited, was officially unveiled to the public in Singapore, setting off a storm of green change of new energy in the logistics and transportation industries.

In 1995, BYD started from an old workshop in Shenzhen under the call of the reform and opening-up policy. In the past 23 years, the company has rapidly grown into an international technology enterprise with 220,000 employees, a business layout covering the fields of electronics, automobiles, new energy and rail transportation, and a turnover and total market capitalization of over RMB 100 billion.

“比亚迪能做大做强,是改革开放赋予的机遇。”比亚迪股份有限公司董事长王传福认为,改革开放40年间,各种市场主体的活力不断被激发,使中国发生了翻天覆地的变化。“下一个40年,相信我们国家会再次迸发出令世界震撼的力量。”

不安现状,抓住改革开放机遇

In 1995, at the age of 29, Wang Chuanfu founded BYD in Shenzhen.

He was the youngest divisional cadre at the Beijing General Research Institute of Non-ferrous Metals before he went into business, and had an "iron rice bowl" with good development prospects.

"Young people are restless with the status quo, after all." Wang Chuanfu said that in the early 1990s, influenced by policies related to reform and opening up, a large number of young people in government agencies and research institutes gave up their jobs in the system and joined the tide of the market economy, bringing about the vigorous development of the private economy. "Entrepreneurship is a distinctive brand of that era, and BYD is a product of such an era."

1995年前后,移动电话市场刚刚兴起,一部 “大哥大”动辄上万元,一块充电电池则可卖到数百元。国际二次充电电池市场需求的扩大,给中国电池行业,带来了前所未有的机遇。

当时国内也有不少厂家在做充电电池,但都是外购电芯来做组装,没有独立知识产权。在电池领域钻研多年的王传福认为,企业如果不掌握核心技术,将永远处于被动地位,在低利润区徘徊,甚至被淘汰。

王传福回忆,1995年召开的全国科学技术大会,提出要着力提高国家的自主研究开发能力,推动科技成果产业化,促进科技与经济的有机结合。“宏观政策的利好,也坚定了我搞自主研发的决心。”

看到机遇的王传福,借债250万元开始自主研发,生产“大哥大”使用的镍镉电池。短短3年时间,比亚迪就实现销售收入近亿元,成为电池行业的领军企业。

"The case of BYD's growth also proves that enterprises and individuals can share the reform dividend and realize their value if their own development resonates with the national macro policy."

Focus on R&D to create a "new energy world"

绿色太阳能路灯点亮夜空,新能源车在路上穿梭,“云轨”从头顶疾驰而过……这是在深圳东部的坪山总部内,比亚迪用技术打造的“新能源世界”。

创业23年,比亚迪从为世界知名手机厂商生产镍镉电池,到收购国有汽车大厂进军汽车制造,再到新能源汽车和轨道交通设计、研发、生产,快速实现了“三级跳”。

“7年前我们提出城市公交新能源化,没几个人相信。4年前,城市公交新能源化得到大面积推广。”王传福表示,以领先的技术和前瞻的战略作为支撑,产业布局和产品投放才有机会做到超前和领先。

在王传福眼里,自己的身份首先是一名工程师,其次才是企业家。“技术为王,创新为本”是比亚迪始终坚守的发展理念,而2万多名技术研发人员,是比亚迪的宝贵财富。

2017年,比亚迪研发人员数量为27488人,占比约为14%,研发投入总计62.6亿元,占营业收入的5.92%。这两项指标都处于同行业前列水平。

截至去年12月,比亚迪在全球累计申请专利超过2.2万项,其中已获授权专利约1.4万项。

“有了核心技术,就能以不变应万变,去适应市场的需求。”比亚迪股份有限公司高级副总裁李柯表示,一个企业刚起步慢一点不可怕,只要掌握了核心技术,成长会越来越快。

数据显示,比亚迪新能源汽车销量已连续3年排名全球第一。今年1—6月,比亚迪新能源汽车销量同比增长超过1倍。“新能源汽车迎来了好机遇。而技术创新能力,让我们在制定战略时底气十足。”王传福说。

“比亚迪的发展历程,说明创新能够推动新兴产业的崛起,能够引领经济结构的变革。”中国国际经济交流中心产业部部长王福强认为,比亚迪一直坚持技术创新,始终将自主研发作为安身立命之本。“创新形成的技术积累和技术优势,是比亚迪的核心竞争力。”

发挥优势,走向世界市场

In recent years, BYD has made frequent strikes in the field of new energy vehicles around the world, taking down developed markets such as Europe, the United States, Japan and South Korea in quick succession. In the North American market, for example, BYD has received orders for more than 700 pure electric buses in the United States, spreading over 30 states.

8月23日,比亚迪与伦敦公交运营商Metroline举行37台纯电动双层大巴订单签约仪式。英国对于巴士的选择向来是出了名的严格。“比亚迪的大巴能进入英国市场,源自产品在性能和技术上的优势。”王传福介绍,凭借技术创新,比亚迪在电动大巴等全新领域,走出了一条差异化竞争的“出海之路”。

Today, BYD's products have spread to more than 50 countries and regions and 200 cities: in Peru, 100 K9FE pure electric buses with a total contract value of over 400 million yuan; in Singapore, BYD formed the country's largest fleet of pure electric taxis; in Thailand, the successful delivery of 101 e6 units set a new record for the largest electric vehicle delivery in the country ......

“比亚迪能快速站在世界前沿,其核心竞争力来源于企业持续不断的创新。”王福强认为,比亚迪通过创新掌握核心技术,正在推动中国汽车产业“弯道超车”,将中国新能源汽车推向世界市场的大舞台。“比亚迪的经验,对于后来的成长型企业、‘走出去’企业具有重要的借鉴意义。”(来源:人民日报01版)
