Comparison of domestic and foreign policies and laws on self-driving cars and recommendations
The development of artificial intelligence has brought new challenges to intellectual property law, and autonomous driving, one of the important areas of artificial intelligence, has become a hot topic of discussion. What stages have we gone through in the development of our self-driving car technology? What legal issues arise therefrom that require attention? What do countries' policies and laws regarding self-driving cars tell us? And what does the future of self-driving cars look like? The Center for Intellectual Property Studies of Central University of Finance and Economics invited Ms. Zhang Lijun, Executive Director of Baidu Public Policy Research Institute, to explain the comparison of domestic and international policies and laws on self-driving cars and suggestions. Industry colleagues are welcome to participate!
