The opinion proposes to strengthen the industrial foundation of the industrial digital economy. Among them, the electronic information manufacturing industry "increase core and screen" and terminal product innovation is the top priority, while we should accelerate the industrialization of industrial software, Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, and promote the high quality of information technology industry, agglomeration development, specific initiatives include: the implementation of accelerating integrated circuit industry agglomeration, building a new display industry chain, accelerate the upgrading of computer and information and communication industries, growing the semiconductor lighting industry, to create a lithium battery 100 billion industry cluster of the five tasks.
